When you become a dealer with NWC, Inc we want you to be totally satisfied with your dealership.  If for any reason you are not satisfied and have not used your dealership to make any purchases, within the first 30 days of becoming a dealer with us you may cancel your dealership and return all the dealership materials to us, in the same condition they were received and obtain a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping charges.

Our 30-day money back guarantee applies to all the following dealerships in which the full price of the dealership has been paid in full.  The 30 day period starts from the day we ship your package.

There are no refunds on any of our services or on any Web Sites that have been Leased or Financed through NWC, Inc or any of it's Partners including but not limited to E-Commerce Exchange or Axin Financial Services. 

All in stock products ship immediately upon payment approval.  Products not in stock will be back ordered and shipped within 30 days.  If an order cannot be shipped within 30 days, we will notify you and either cancel the order or continue to leave it on backorder, per your instructions.

All orders are shipped fully insured and double packed for safety.  Damage in shipping is rare but if an item arrives damaged, we must be notified within 5 days of delivery or a claim cannot be filed and no refund or discount of any kind will be issued.  Once a claim is filed with the delivery company, it may take up to 30 days for the claim to be satisfied and a replacement item sent.  We always try to expedite this process, but cannot guarantee that the delivery company will handle the claim sooner than 30 days.  In the case of goods being delivered damaged, do not attempt to return the goods to us, the delivery company will arrange to pick up the goods and inspect the damage at your location.  You must keep the original shipping box and failure to do so with result in the claim being denied and no refund or replacement goods being shipped.
