In order to take advantage of this low price guarantee, you must provide acceptable proof of the selling price where you found the item selling for below our price. 

The products must also be identical model numbers and be compared on a delivered to delivered cost basis.  The product must be brand new with a full USA warrantee and not part of any other deal, bundle or package and must appear in our Office Supplies and Equipment catalog.  The product must also not be available in limited quantities, be a close out, be on an auction site or have a limit on how many a customer can order (like a 1 per customer limit type deal).
